We hope that you enjoy every purchase you make on our website, but we also understand there are times when you may change your mind. Please read our returns and refunds policy detailing your options when returning a product purchased through Faber.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We will refund any item that you are not satisfied with providing it is returned within 14 days of receipt. The items should be returned in its original packaging where possible.  The item should be in a saleable, unused, and undamaged condition when returned.  The item will be checked before the refund is made.

If you have purchased item as part of a discount offer, you will be refunded the sale price of that item and not the regular price.  Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and will exclude postage.

Please note, refunds are not available on items that are personal in nature such as earrings, have been personalised or are perishable such as food.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee.  Faber is not responsible for any charges or fees that may be incurred.

Return of defective or damage goods

You have a right to return goods if they are defective or damaged.  Depending upon the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or a full or partial refund.

How to request a return/refund

To enable the Faber Team to manage your return and refund we kindly ask you to share the following details when you send your email to

  • Your name
  • Date of purchase
  • Receipt number
  • Reason for return
  • Photograph of the item

You will receive a reply from the Faber Team giving you instructions of where to return the item.

When returning an item, we recommend using recorded delivery as Faber cannot accept liability for packages that are not delivered to the return address.
