We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or terminate any listings or shops which do not adhere to these guidelines. Please note that our regulations on prohibited items may change at any time and without warning.
We do not accept items that contain copyrighted materials, or which infringe on the intellectual property of other individuals/ businesses. We also ask that you do not use trademarked names, concepts, and other similar descriptors in your product listings.
Works depicting mature themes are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We do not permit listings/ shops which portray strong violence, offensive language, or pornographic scenes.
Certain types of nudity may be accepted, depending upon the context. Examples of acceptable nudity include: non-sexual nude sculptures, figurines, or artwork. We reserve the right to deny any listings which our team considers unacceptable.
Products of a discriminatory or hateful nature are tolerated on our site. This includes (but is not limited to) products which:
We do not allow the sale of any restricted or illegal substances on our website. We also restrict the sale of paraphernalia related to these goods; any products which endorse the use of illegal substances are not permitted on Faber.
Human remains or body parts (including real hair and nails) are not permitted under any circumstances on Faber.
Living and deceased animals/ insects are also not permitted on our site. We prohibit the sale of products containing ivory, bones, taxidermy, animal skins/ furs (excluding those listed below) and any other insect/ animal parts.
