Please refer to this document for further information about Faber’s expectations and processes for shipments and deliveries.
Any goods purchased from Faber are packaged and shipped on a per product basis by each individual vendor. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that all items are shipped securely and on time.
Shipping costs and times
Delivery charges and transit times will differ depending upon the shipping method used, shipping distance, item details (such as dimensions, weight, value), seasonality, and other variables. In rare instances, delivery times may be affected by external events beyond the control of vendors or couriers (for example, because of extreme weather or civil unrest).
Delivery costs are relative to each item, and an estimated fee can be found on the individual product page. Please note that for some items, final delivery charges are calculated based on the shipping address you provide. Always refer to the delivery fee displayed on the final checkout page for the definitive cost.
Faber cannot be held liable for any losses incurred during transit; it is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that the product arrives in good time and in perfect condition. We expect vendors to adequately pack products so that they arrive securely and intact.
Vendors must track all deliveries with Proof of delivery (POD) on request. We recommend that any products valued over £49.99 are covered with end-to-end insurance.
Buyers are responsible for any shipping duties or tariffs incurred on cross-border goods.
We ask that buyers raise any delivery issues with Faber within 14 days of the earliest estimated delivery date.
If your product has not arrived, please first check the earliest estimated arrival date of your product; if this date has not yet passed, it’s possible that the item is still in transit. If you have a tracking ID for your product, please also contact the courier to see if the package can be located.
In instances where a package is missing or late, please contact us with your name, order number and a summary of the issue. If your product has arrived in a damaged, defective or otherwise unsatisfactory state, please refer to our returns and refunds policy.
In the event of a dispute, Faber will aim to seek an amicable resolution for both the buyer and vendor.
